some more Alias musings

Jennifer Garner has an amazing facility for languages and accents - I wonder if she's actually fluent in anything besides English. Even if she only has to learn little bits for scenes, she still sounds authentic (to me, anyway), and that's hard for an American to do. We do so like to butcher other languages. Imagine the conversations Daniel and Sydney could have. Better yet, imagine the smut in 21 different languages, minimum. Of course, most of Daniel's languages are dead. lol Somebody needs to write that. How many languages does she speak, anyway? French, Italian, German, Hungarian, at least one Chinese dialect, Japanese, Russian...
Francie is getting suspicious. A well-timed Sydney/Will kiss or two would let her jump to the conclusion that they stop talking when she walks in the room because their conversation was -that- kind of private, rather than whatever she's going to end up thinking. My opinion has nothing whatsoever to do with my desire to see more Will and Sydney kissage. No, really, it doesn't. Stop laughing. I know it never happens. I can dream. Oooooh! I bet there's fanfic! ETA: There's fanfic, all right. The Syd/Will stuff is definitely in the minority, and it's also not very good. Waaaaah! ETA2: Fanfic is also very spoilerific. I shall stop reading it now.
Jennifer Garner's hair looks funny with that blonde streak up front. Watching it on DVD, the change from one episode to the next is rather garish.
Was that actually Jennifer Garner in the shower-down scene? It didn't look like her face, though the body was buff, and god knows she is. I gotta admire her learning to do her own stunts.
There was a glaring continuity error in the ice episode. At first, she breaks through the ice and tries to get out and her face is all blue and icy. Then she sinks under, Dixon grabs her arm, and when he pulls her out, she's all pink and fluffy. Obviously not suffering from hypothermia.
Methinks it was not Jennifer Garner speaking Japanese in those scenes. It neither sounded like her voice, nor did it look like her lips were synced to the audio. Maybe that was just me.
I think I'm getting closer to the Syd/Vaughn stuff - I'm halfway through season 2. Can they not just kiss already? I was done with Alice as soon as she said, "I'm his girlfriend." Plot device, anyone? Sheesh.
