This will be my third year participating. It's a wonderful community, with generous and thoughtful people who happen to write. :D

2014, I did really well, hitting my goal and adjusting upward twice, ending up with 268K words! This year, not so much. I haven't even broken 100K.

I'm going to pledge big again for 2016, though - not 300K big, but aim high, right?

I think I'll do it this year too! I really need a nudge to get NEW words out, or I just sit around and edit (she says as she sits around and edits instead of finishing my Yuletide fic draft....). I'm thinking 200 or 250 is big enough to be challenging, but not overwhelming.

200 or 250 is a great goal, and the comm is really great about reminders and word counts, without being invasive. I've really enjoyed it. Much better than NaNo, for me anyway.

I'll keep an eye out for it! :D
