Caught up on Masters of Sex. Still like it.

I think I'll give up on Revenge for now, and catch it all, maybe, some other time when I can watch the whole series at once.

Helix - like the premise, but so far it hasn't grabbed me with anybody to care about or any explosive chemistry between actors. I kept seeing moments that Katee could totally have knocked out and grabbed me by the neck, but the actors they've cast aren't doing that. Yet.

Intelligence. Now this.....this I could really, really like.

Josh Holloway is beefier than he was in Lost, and it looks good on him. I didn't recognize his SS agent until she had her hair down, and then I was like, "Oh, it's Red! No wonder she disappeared from Storybrooke."

Also, I love Will Yun Lee. Oh, Witchblade.

Chemistry between Gabriel and Riley is lovely and sparkly. The chemistry between Gabriel and Amelia is also so, so sparkly. Yum.

Marg Helgenberger is you know, Marg. I think she did some of her best work in China Beach, not to discount her work since then. I do like her here so far.

So yeah, I think I might put Helix aside and give Intelligence a go, and it's on CBS, so it'll probably last for a bit. Cool.

Yeah. Since I can only watch Helix here at M's, unless I figure out how to stream it through cable, I'll wait and watch it after it's all over. The premise does not lend itself to an extended run, anyway.

The only thing I know about Revenge is that Stephanie Jacobsen just joined the cast! Which makes me want to binge watch the whole show. Even though I don't know what it's about. Silly actress crushes are like that, I guess.

Ugh. Really? Frak. Maybe I can get M to keep it on her DVR until I can come back and catch up next time.

It's a soap opera. The first season was better. The second season has not been so compelling, which is why I fell behind. :/

Yeah, she's been tweeting about it for the last few weeks. I think she was in the last two. Maybe.

Her twitter account was dark for months. Then, *BAM* 3-5 posts a day. Mostly about Revenge.

It's got a great cast, and has had some really fine guest stars for good arcs, but the core plot is getting too complicated for me to stay interested.

It seems she's been getting stuck with soaps lately. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose. It's just she does such a wonderful damaged-scifi-warrior-girl. She's also a big scifi fan too.

Why can't casting people see that our girls can carry their own shows and be badass and vulnerable and girly and did I mention badass? Casting people need to call us.

"We're working up a show about blah blah blabbity blah. Who could carry that combination off?"

"Duh. Katee could totally do it. And if Katee's not available, Stephanie could totally do it."

Of course, you'd answer the other way around. Heeeee! And the fun is, they each could totally play the same character and bring such different things to the role.

Haha, totally! Didn't we play that game over at epics once? Swap all the actors around, recast everybody. That was fun.

I feel you re: Helix. It's just not that compelling. I didn't even finish the pilot.

Revenge -- I really enjoyed the first season, once it got going, but the second one kind of lost me after the first couple of episodes...Now that they're up on Netflix, I might give it another try. Who knows.

Now, what's this Intelligence thing? Haven't heard of it, but I am intrigued. *always fiendishly searching for new shows*

CBS. First two are On Demand, which likely means they're streaming on the CBS website.

A tiny chip is inserted into a human, but it has to be a special human with a certain genetic anomaly. Guy then has access to the information network.

When I told my friend about it, she said it sounded like Johnny Mnemonic. I saw that so long ago that I cannot compare.

As for Helix, I liked the concept enough to watch the other two eps they had On Demand, but after three, I'm still seeing the cast as some of their previous characters, if I've seen them in something before, or I'm seeing how someone from BSG could be doing it better. Probably not what RDM's after.
