I just got taken to task by a buyer on eBay, because looking up my eBay ID to find out what he bought from me would have been work. So I wrote him a nice little apology, complete with snark (not the emu). My daughter said to take out the snarkiness because it sounded like I was being rude and I probably didn't want to be. I said that I was trying very hard to be rude without seeming to be, but I wasn't as good at it as my mother used to be. Kid quite agreed I do not have the gift. I removed the snark because bad feedback is, well, bad. Can't have that. Putz.
