I'm on Team Flip-Flops.

It's a pretty low-stress comm, with challenges all across the board, so not just writing. Though the challenges are for points, it's all good fun.

I am looking for a visual for a fic I'm writing, and could use your help, if you're artistically inclined, or have better art search-fu than I have, or can manipulate something in photoshop...

I'm looking for a colored dragonfly that is/will be someone's tattoo. It's teal/turquoise on the wings, peachy pink on the body. I'm not married to the color-scheme, but I do want soft colors - but not necessarily pastels.

In other fandom news...well, not really news, but whatever. I have decided that Kara Thrace is Samantha Carter's daughter in another universe. They're both smarter than they seem, with practical smarts as well as intelligence, both good with guns, they can both totally own a man in a fight, and they can both fly the hell out of a plane. They both have sort of father/daughter relationships with a head honcho, and they're both blonde. And, they both grew up in the military. Of course, that means that Socrata Thrace is some sort of super-frakked-up version of Samantha Carter, but weirder things have happened. :D
