No shirtless yet, but instead we get Thea in that marvelous orange dress - how does anybody look good in that color? Thea's really growing into herself - aren't alcohol laws frakked? She's not old enough to drink, but she can run the damn club.
And Felicity. Oh, holy hotness. I mean, I thought the chemistry between Felicity and Oliver was really great last season, but this new Felicity is, if you'll pardon the pun, smokin'!
