Pay It Forward meme I'm seeing on Facebook: 2013 Creative Pay-It-Forward. The first five people to comment on this status will receive from me, sometime in the next calendar year, a gift - perhaps a book or baked goods, or a candle, music - a surprise! There will likely be no warning & it will happen whenever the mood strikes me. The catch? Those five people must make the same offer in their FB status. It's a GREAT way to start 2013

I'm changing it up a little, because catches are not really very PIFy, and because, you know, I'm just weird.

So, I'll take five people, and I'll commit to doing it before Winter Solstice of 2013, and I'll commit to writing something. The no warning and whenever the mood strikes me apply. Fine print: this writing thing is VERY new to me, and my muse so far is either Pilots! or original characters, and my pieces have been pretty short. Prompts would be appreciated, or a show (as long as it's something I've watched enough to be familiar), as that sometimes pokes the muse into talking to me, or more accurately, to my fingers. If you wanna just take whatever comes to me that says it's yours, I can do that, too.

This sounds like a way to stretch this heretofore nonexistent muscle o' mine, and to push out of my comfort zone, just the weest bit.
